Jonathan was fortunate enough to spend the 4 years playing golf at DePaul University in Chicago (USA), rising through the World Amateur Golf Rankings. This allowed him to reach a level where he could realisitically pursue his career as a professional golfer.

To date, Jonathan's GoFundMe page has attracted many supporters, all of which have his thanks. By supporting Jonathan, all of his fund providers have played a significant part in helping him start his journey to compete amongst the greats of the sport.

Jonathan plans to stay in the U.S. to qualify for and play on the McKenzie Tour, and eventually move up on the Web.com Tour and PGA Tour.

The funds that you contribute will help Jonathan with his tournament expenses such as entry fees and travel costs. Jonathan plans to play on the Candian Tour after qualifying in 2019 and also hopes to qualify for the Korn Ferry Tour at the end of the 2019 summer season.

Jonathan's last amateur event was the Chicago Amatuer Championship before he turned professional mid August 2017.
